Overcoming Anxiety
Anxiety can show up as constant worry, racing thoughts, or physical tension that interferes with daily life. Therapy focuses on understanding triggers, calming the nervous system, and developing practical tools to manage stress, reduce avoidance, and regain a sense of control and confidence.
Surviving Trauma
Trauma is when something happens that feels threatening, terrifying, or deeply unsafe. The nervous system gets stuck in survival mode afterward. The event ends, but the body and mind don’t get the memo. Trauma responses are survival strategies. They formed because, at one point, they were the best option available to you. Healing doesn’t mean erasing the past—it means helping your body learn that now can be safer than then.
LGBTQIA+ and Relationship Issues
LGBTIA+ therapy provides a safe, affirming space for people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures. Therapy can help support identity exploration, self-acceptance, and navigating life experiences such as coming out or gender affirming transition.
For relationship concerns, therapy offers individuals space to explore their communication skills, intimacy, boundaries, and connection without assumptions about how relationships “should” look.
This approach is affirming, trauma-informed, and inclusive, creating space where you don’t have to explain or justify who you are—only to be supported as you are.
